Finally let me be clear I am not asking you to complete stop/unsubscribe from all these platforms, my only concern is Don't completely rely on this kind of third-party service, my only suggestion is you have own virtual signboard/ your own website.

  4. Always Stay on schedule time. Ok i agree nobody’s perfect. Reality intrudes. But staying on schedule (or close to it) is a major factor help you in terms of higher patient retention.

Advance Reminders:

  1. Setting Remainder to patients the day before an appointment is good office and calendar administration habit, and equally important it lets people know that you respect their schedule also.
  2. Reach-out when the parient visits are overdue. Take the extra step of connecting with individuals who have missed an appointment or were expected to return. A brief and simple reminder may be all that’s needed…it would be increase the rention rate.
  3. Use online survey tools (survey monkey)Survey your patient base. If you have a high attrition rate, there are probably one or more reasons for it. You have to find out what the problems are before you can fix them.
