High efficent coolling tower FRP fans

IT is a heat removal device, it is used to transfer process waste heat to the atmosphere.
All the towers operate in the environment full of steam and water that is why most of the accessories are made of either good quality wood or fiber.
The fans, used in it operate in full of corrosive environments, therefore its performance reduces over a while due to corrosion on the surface. The efficiency of it reduces significantly, which leads to several problems like improper cooling, non-maintenance of water temperature, proper cooling but with higher power consumption.
It is a common mistake that upon reduction in the capacity of the equipment, blade angle is increased to maintain the tower airflow requirement, but increasing the airflow by increasing the blade angle, increase the power in the cube of the airflow i.e.
KW1/KW2= (Q1/Q2) ^3(Increase of 10% of the airflow results in a 35% increase in power consumption)To overcome all these problems We offer the best solution by providing high efficient power saving FRP cooling tower fans. The introduction of fiberglass composite material and ease of processing helped in designing to adopt more efficient profiles with the optimum distribution of blade chord and twist, which are difficult to generate with a metallic material. Owing to this fact hollow bladed FRP fans are being rapidly adopted for various applications as cooling tower, heat exchanger, humidification, etc. With the above all advantages we would like to offer some more specialties in the design:
With our expertise in the axial fan blades design, we use the most efficient aerodynamic profile for the blades designed we accept the challenge to prove power saving not only over metallic fans but also against other FRP cooling tower fans.
Only Our blades have the aerodynamic profile over its full blade length compared to other manufacturers providing conventional cooling tower fan having approximately 30% blank portion in the blade which does not present aerodynamic profile.
