Established in 1948, Mount Carmel College (MCC) Bengaluru is a girls’ college approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The college was associated with Mysore University earlier, then later it became a part of Madras University and since 2005, it has been associated with Bengaluru University.

In 2006, MCC was re-accredited with an A+ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college began its first batch with only 50 students. Over the years, the number of enrolments has been increased to more than 5000 students. The college is ranked 8 for BBA by India Today 2019. It offers various courses at UG and PG level.

MCC Bangalore Admission Process 2020: Fast Facts

The admission to the UG courses is based on the merit and performance of candidates in the Personal Interview (PI) round. However, for BBA, the candidates need to appear for a college-level entrance test.

For BA, BSc and BCA programmes, candidates are shortlisted for the PI round based on their marks in Class 12

BCom admissions are based on scores in Mount Carmel Management Aptitude Test (MCMAT) followed by a PI

MCC Bangalore Application Process 2020

Candidates need to fill the online application form available at the official website of MCC (www.mccblr.edu.in). The application forms for UG programmes are available in March every year and applications are accepted through online mode only. The application steps are mentioned below:
