State-of-the-art 3D printers to design all your injection parts.

We have state-of-the-art 3D printers. We guarantee superb modelling, both economical and fast, to bring all your projects to life. For all your creations, we make your ABS or polyurethane prototypes for each part in a personalized way. Then, the parts are sanded, painted and lacquered. You will have a preview of the part that will be manufactured "in real life" afterwards. We duplicate your parts via a silicone mould, which allows you to check whether your products are functional.

This is the second step, the creation of prototypes, after viewing your parts via virtual reality. Here again, you can influence the creation process of your future injection parts. We are at your disposal throughout the creation process. Together, we will make the required modifications at each step.

Final creation of your injection products

When we validate the prototype of your product, we produce the injection mould (in Asia or Europe), and then deliver the first injected samples. When they are validated, we carry out a tempering of the steel mould, to ensure production. Once again, it's you who chooses, and who has the power to create the parts you want. You will finally have your "babies" in your hands. Please note that all our production is located in Belgium, which gives credibility to our work in terms of quality.
