Estic introduces a new micro tool series for small applications, based on their advance and long experience in assembly DC tools they have made it with high accuracy and according to improve the work ability. This series is very light in weight, easy to handle, with touch screen, highly durable & have all the features same like as in Handy 2000 lite. They have all the controlling methods like torque control, Torque angle monitor and all, they have all the communication modes like ethernet, USB & serial, also they have the fieldbus communication CC link, Profinet, Profibus and all. This micro series are for basically transaxle assembly, battery assembly, power control unit assembly, harness mounting etc. They also have the 50000 records storage of fastening data, 60 torque curve data (30 OK tightening, 30 NG tightening) & 50 record storage of system error data. Its source of power supply is 48V DC power. Now lets discuss some main features of this series :

Features

• Tool has a built in torque sensor & high precise small servomotor for control all the aspects of tightening & give high level measurement & control during tightening. It has Stable tightening accuracy from 2 Nm down to 0.1 Nm.
• Torque sensor and angle measurement data gives reliable traceability and make it full proof. It is compatible with all the communication modes for flexible data management.
• It is very light in weight, it weighs only 555g & optimized for great workability. It also have the option of robot mounting & reaction arm mounting for better performance.
• Controller has a 4.3-inch color LCD touch panel which is highly durable & for improved visibility. We can also see the Graphic data, such as torque curves in addition to numerical information for clear information about tightenings.
• Tool uses conductive resin from the body to the switch lever. This prevents any electrostatic damage to workpieces such as electronic parts.
• Available from 100mNM to 2000mNm with 1600 RPM.

As we know that DC nutrunners are very accurate like Estic DC nutrunner has ±3% accuracy, it is a high precision, durable, and can adjust itself by joint type. We use this high-cost DC nutrunners to improve our process and to get high "Quality" in process. Estic DC nutrunners gives complete pokayoke process means complete error-proof process. When we use impact tools, pulse tools in our process then we use click wrenches to assure that tightening is happening accurately or not. But after tightening with Estic DC nutrunner we do not have a need to use a click wrench to assure that tightening is happening accurately or not because Estic DC nutrunner contain high precise "Strain Guage Transducer" which gives high accuracy during tightening, it can adjust itself in changed conditions.

We can totally trust the Estic DC nutrunner tightening, and if we use click-type torque wrench after tightening by Estic then there is a chance that torque will go above from Max limit if Max limit is very close to target. It is true that click wrench clicks when it achieves desire torque but this is also true that we cannot stop our hand during rotating the Click wrench and somewhere we put extra efforts and torque goes above from target torque but we think that this tightening is Ok but we do not know that we have made it extra from target because we cannot stop our hand accurately while moving it. This is a human error in the operating process of Click wrench. So never use click wrench after tightening happen with an Estic DC nutrunner. We can use click wrench when tightening is happening with an impact tool because impact tool accuracy is ±30-40% so their max value also should be broad.
