One, sleepless nights. You can’t get back to sleep or sleep through the night.

Two, either you don’t feel like eating because you are overwhelmed by the huge amount of negative thoughts…or binging to numb your troubles. Your weight swings to extremes like a roller coaster ride.

Three, always feeling aches and pains… even when the doctor has diagnosed your body as healthy.

Four, constantly feeling drained and exhausted, even when you sleep through the night.

Five, feel like a failure at everything you do.

Six, lost interest in the things you used to enjoy.
