Therefore, the pressure drop is small and the vacuum can reach up to 5 mmHg.

2. Low operating temperature:

Due to the growth in the degree of vacuum, the equivalent boiling point of the material is quickly reduced. For that reason, the procedure can be carried out at a low temperature which decreases the thermal decomposition.

Additionally, product does not stay for evaporation due to high speed turbulence of film on a heated evaporator. Hence it is particularly suitable for evaporation of heat-sensitive materials.
  2. High evaporation intensity:

The reduction of boiling point of the material increases the temperature difference of the same heat medium. The function of the wiper decreases the thickness of the liquid film in a turbulent state
