While hiring you may need to seek for candidates that are not actively seeking for the job but makes a perfect fit for your opening. It is the task of the recruiter to get hols on such passive candidates and pursuing them to consider your offers.

6. Guidance while making hiring decisions

Recruiters may not take the hiring decision but they surely can influence the decision. That to say, it is their role to advocate competent candidates by offering gainful insights.

7. Negotiator

Recruiter undertakes the task of negotiation on behalf of the company and pursues the candidates to consider the offer. In most cases, if the terms are favourable, they successfully convert the candidate into an employee.
