Bhagavad Gita ke chapter 18 sloke 39 mein likha hai ki jab raag bahut adhik badh jata hai tab yahi raag tamogun ka rup le leta hai jisako moh kehate hai aur isi moh ke karan hi manusya ko adhik sona acha lagata hai.
Adhik sone wale ko bahut jada gehari aur achi need nahi ati hai. Gehari need (sleep) nahi aane se tandra aur sapane bhi jada aate hai. Jisake karan manusya ka bahut samaye (time) waste hota hai.
Aur manusya ko isi main sukh milata hai, is sukh ko nidra se paida hua bataya gaya hai.
Raag – raag ka arth hota hai kisi bhi chiz ke liye gehari aashakti. Aisi koi chiz jisake bina mann na lage aur lage jaise ki us vyakti ya vastu ke bina jina muskil hai. Jisake dur jaane ke naam se hi mann darr jaye.
Tandra – tandra ka matalb hota hai halki need (sleep) ya unghai

1. Yuktnidra
samaye par sona aur samaye par jagana yuktinidra hai, is tarah ke nidra main ek vishram milata hai jis vishram (rest) ke karan manusya ko body, mann, budhi aur antahkaran mein nirogata, sfuriti, swachata, niramalata aur tajagi aati hai.
Tajagi aane se sadhan-bhagan karane mein aur sansarik kaam karane mein shakti milati hai aur ek utsah rahata hai.
Aap khud ko bahut active paoge aur har kaam bahut ache se aur bahut lagan se kiya sa sakega.
Ye nidra hamako aram deti hai hamako puri tarah se fresh kar deti hai jisake karan hum koi bhi kaam ek josh ke sath karate hai.
Hamare daily life ke sleep mein ye chiz jaroor shamil rahati hai, kyun ki hum daily nidra ki awastha mein jate hi hai.
Is nidra se hamako aur hamare sharer ko aram milta hai is liye ye nidra kahi se bhi na to doshi hai aur na hi hamare liye kharab hai.

Raagpurvak sansarik sakalp use kehate hai jab hum kisi bhi chiz se bahut jada attach ho jate hai chahe wo koi manusya ho ya koi chiz ho.
Aur us chiz se hum bahut hi adhik bhav se jude rahate hai jo raag ka rup le leta hai fir usako pane ke liye manusya khud ko kisi na kisi baat ya koi promise se baadh deta hai jisako sakalap kehate hai. Aur ye sab kuch sansar ka hai to sansarik ho gaya.

Jo kaam hum rojmarra ke jivan mein karate hai aur jo bahut jaroori bhi hai har kisi ke liye wo sari baaten Shri Krishna Bhagavad Gita main bahut ache se bataya gaya hai, jaise nidra hamare liye kyun jaroori hai,
Nidra mein jo stable (sthir) chiz hai wo sadhak ya kisi bhi manusya ko usake kaam karane mein aur sansarik karya karane mein bal deta hai.
Jo sadhak hote hai unako sadhana karane main bal milata hai, jo student hai unako padhane ke liye bal milata hai, jo doctors hai unako unaka marij dekhane mein bal milata hai, jo vakil hai unako apna case dekhanae mein bal milata hai,
Is prakar har kisi ko apna apna kaam karane ka bal nidra se milata hai. Is liye nidra jaroori hai.

Aur jab sadhak is phase se bhi khud ko alag kar leta hai tab usako vastavik tatava ki prapti hoti hai.
Shri Krishna Bhagavad Gita mein bola gaya hai ki jo sadhak hai unako nahi sona chahiye, unaka to yahi bhav hona chahiye ki pahale kaam karate hue bhagwan ka bhajan karate the ab lete prabhu ka bhajan karana hai.
2. Atinidra
Shri Krishna Bhagavad Gita | sleep | daily life
Adhik sona ati nidra hai. Atinidra mein jab manusya sone jata hai tab bhi alas (lazyness) bhara rahata hai aur jab wo so kar uthata (arise) hai tab bhi alas bhara rahata hai.
Sharer mein bharipan rahata hai, adhik lene se manusya ki ek adata ban jati hai jada need (sleep) lene ki, jisake karan usako har ek kaam mein need ati rahati hai.
Shri Krishna Bhagavad Gita mein bataya gaya hai ki nidra jaroori hone ki wajaha se ye bandhan karak nahi hai, balki atinidra hi bandhan karak hai.
Manusya agar jyada need (sleep) lega to vriksha (tree) jaise kisi bhi bhi mudh yoni ki prapti hogi.
Nidra, alasya aur pramad se paya gaya sukh suru mein aur ant (result) mein khud ko vash mein karane wala hota hai.
Is tarah se paya gaya sukh vivek ke bina hota hai, jisame na to suru mein vivek rahata hai aur na hi last mein, jisame hum us kaam ka result paate hai, usame hi vivek (intellectuality) rahata hai.
Is awastha mein manusya ka vivek(intellectuality) jagarit (awaken) nahi ho pata hai.
Important Point - pashu-pakshi, kit-patange in sabhi mein vivek shakti (intellectual power) nhi hote hai, jisake karan ye apna bhala bura naho soch pate hai. Jana ki suruat ke lekar maran ke ant (end) tak iname vivek jagrit hone ki koi sambhavana bhi nahi hoti hai.
Isi tarah jis sukh ke karan, Shri Krishna Bhagavad Gita, ke anusar manusya ye soch hi nahi sakta hai nidra se paida hone wale sukh ka result hamare liye kya hoga? usase kya labh(profit) hoga?
ye usase kya hani (loss) hogi, ya itana sone se hamara kya fayeda hai ya kya fayeda nahi hai, ye sari baatein to jada sone wale ke dimag mein kabhi ati hi nahi hai, aur wo isi bina goal ke kaamo mein laga rah kar apna jivan nasht karata rahata hai.
Pr usako kuch bhi dikhayi nahi deta hai wo isi mein apna enjoyment dhud leta hai aur agar koi inako is chiz ke liye samajhata bhi hai to wo insane inaki najar mein bahut bada murkh hota hai,
Pr inhe nahi pata chalet hai ki sabse badi murkhata to sone wala sleep in daily life, vayakti kar raha hai, jo apane is amulya jivan ko aise hi nasht kar raha hai.
