I start from the location of the project Arsis Green Hills.

Located in KR Puram,is a stone's throw from some of Bengaluru's finest residential neighbourhoods, classiest leisure avenues and flourishing tech and business zones. KR Puram is seamlessly connected to North, East and Central Bengaluru via National Highway 4, State Highway 35, Outer Ring Road and Byappanahalli Namma Metro station.

Now coming to Amenities and USPs of the project

Club house and Preview Theater- One of the best - No comparison - Has everything you need.All luxury amenities like Amphitheater, Preview theater, Club House, Children play area, Cricket practice net.Swimming pool,Toddlers pool, Jacuzzi pool, Open showers under pergola and many more

Specification and floor plan are the best I have seen. Architecture is great and the structure quality. Fantastic design for ventilation and is well spacious. Materials used in flats cannot be compromised and all are first quality only. Quality and Trust is the main focus of the builders
