Fall is approaching. It's my favorite season, although the days are shorter and its cold outside. I love Fall season. Fall has a slight chill in the air, it brings lots of scrumptious seasonal treats along with it. Pumpkin juice anyone? Or pumpkin flavored latte? Yum! My love for all these fall drinks is unconditional.

Of course, fall has many holidays! Halloween, Thanksgiving and so many memories to cherish. It’s officially the time of apple cider, apple pie, apple crumble, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pie, and pumpkin muffins. The possibilities with these flavors are endless.

As so many things make transition around the world, me being a bullet journalist love to make changes in my bullet journal according to the season.

Before that, let’s see the benefits of bullet journaling on life:

  • It encourages me to get things done and keep track of completed and unfinished tasks.
  • It has improved my mental health and motivated me to stay focused on my goals.
  • It helps me stay organized - this has been the biggest challenge in my life and starting a bullet journal changed my life tremendously.
  • It has reduced my anxiety and stress levels as bullet journals serve as an creative outlet.
