No Delay in Projects - Real estate developer needs to provide a delivery date as to when they will be granting the ownership of the apartments to their customers, stated under the RERA act Telangana. If the builder is not able to complete the project until the delivery date then he will have to face the effects. Also, for the builder to carry on with the project till completion, he will have to pay the interest payable from the due date to the date project is literally finished.

It is althoughrecommended to infuse in a property that is RERA registered. The real estate sector is being more professional and secure for homebuyers as well as builders under the RERA act Telangana.
