If you don't like spending too much time washing your car, you'll be blown away by Nissan's new technology. : the manufacturer has just perfected a coating that repels dirt and water, a self-cleaning paint based on nanotechnology.

The coating is transparent, and is applied to a vehicle by paint gun.

Washed Cars, Summer happiness

Saturday morning. The day will be beautiful and warm. Sticky, even. Mowing the lawn? Ouache! Go grocery shopping? Re-ouache! Bring the books back to the library? Bof! You might as well take advantage of these few free hours to polish the car. Because tonight, when you pick it up to eat a nice ice cream cone at the local dairy counter, the whole town will notice this great car that no dust or grease stains come to alter.

Washing a car is more than just an activity to pass the time. Now is the perfect time to appreciate every curve, every bulge, every perfectly aligned plastic (or not). The most recent paint chips and scratches are also noticed when washing a car. As soon as the body is dry, and before the dust settles, it's time to take care of those little snags that life never fails to put in its way.

You're done with the exterior of the car by using best car polisher for beginners, however, mowing the lawn, strolling to the grocery store and then the library still doesn't appeal to you? Go inside. There too, there is room for cleaning.

Here too, we can appreciate the lines of the dashboard, the moldings - whether they are chrome, wood, satin, black, carbon fiber, imitation of titanium - and the leathers which are more and more abundant in our cars, no doubt providing a living for thousands of farmers but no doubt killing as many cows... Out of respect for these animals, the leathers must be treated well. If it is imitation leather, that is another story. But since you can't make imitation clean, you have to take care of it anyway!

Your lawn may be perfect, your refrigerator full, or your delay paid to the literary authorities, no one at the dairy counter tonight will notice.

You invest thousands of dollars in purchasing a vehicle, so you shouldn't skimp on buying good winter tires. After all, these four small surfaces, each barely larger than a hand, are the only ones that put us in contact with the road. But… which tires to choose? Faced with this great existential question, rest assured: there are no bad winter tires. There are only bad choices.

Since 2008, the wearing of winter tires is compulsory in the Belle Province. From December 1 to March 15, all Quebec motorists who have not fitted their vehicle with winter tires are illegal, unless they have obtained an exemption certificate. However, let it be said loud and clear: even before this provincial obligation came into effect, 81% of Quebec drivers took the trouble to put on good shoes in preparation for winter.

In other words, four out of five motorists already knew that driving on winter tires could make all the difference. They knew that in an emergency, they would take up to a third less time to stop with winter tires than with tires not designed for the cold season.

But… do we know how to choose the right tires? Do we know how to treat them with small onions so that they give it back to us in longevity? Do we know that once spring comes, it is better to remove them too early than too late?
