Only the name of pasta is enough to bring water to your mouth. It is a famous Italian dish that has now spread to different parts of the country. It is served with a sauce that can be made using various vegetables, herbs and spices. Pasta is made and served in different styles, and each one has a different texture and taste. So, let’s hear some tips for making Pasta:

Tips to make pasta:

  • A good quality and perfect Pasta can be made only from evenly kneaded, slightly moist and soft malleable dough. Make sure that the dough has the right consistency that is neither too dry nor moist;
  • The dough can break into small chunks and can have a grainy or powdery consistency if it is too dry. In order to make it smooth, you can add more liquid which can be either water or vegetable juice. Make sure that you get smooth, malleable dough that is not sticking to the sides of the dough maker;
  • Large lumps of dough can stick to the kneading spiral if the dough is too moist. To reduce the water content, you can mix in more dry ingredients such as flour until it forms into a soft, smooth and malleable dough that do not stick to the sides or on the kneading spiral;
  • You can use the household flour to make the pasta dough including the wholegrain flour, flour made from durum wheat semolina, or gluten free flour. Each of the flour would require water in different amounts, so the choice of flour is an important one. You can keep the water and add it slowly to get the best kneading results;
  • As soon as the fresh strands of pasta emerge from the outlet opening of the Pasta Cutting Machine, cut them into lengths of appropriate sizes as per your requirements. After cutting, place them on the surface dusted with flour. It will prevent the pasta from sticking and let them dry;

Usually, pasta purchased from a supermarket will take more time to cook than the fresh Pasta in Pasta Making Machine. Two to four minutes time is enough to cook the Pasta. Also, thin Pasta require lesser time as compared to the thick Pasta. The Pasta can be kept in the fridge for 1-2 days and frozen for about 6 months. Moreover, it is necessary that you have purchased the pasta kneading machine from a reliable Automatic Pasta Cutting Machine Manufacturer.
