We've all moved at least once, and we all know what a headache it can be, that is if we've done it on your own and not used professional help. Knowing of such a day, it'd be wise to have something to aid you - color coordination is one of the many things that can help. The idea is simply as any other, you use colored duck tape bands to mark the each box, a different color for a different room. The psychology behind this is rather simple - we are used to reacting to colors, and we connect the electrical stimulation of the color with something. For instance you might associate yellow with something in your childhood, your mother's dress on your first day of school. The same goes for color coordination when moving, simply use colors as you aid and you will save yourself quite the headache.

Utilizing this with accordance to a list, and you will be solid. How I learned this, I watched the overs I hired the last time I relocated, but decided I can do it on my own, and here I am, sharing this information with you wonderful people.

I've found that the colors I most respond to are yellow, green, blue and red. Red is for my kitchen(hot/fire/cooking/kitchen), Green for my dining room (lots of green in the room/flowers and plants/dining room), yellow for my bedroom (the room receives a lot of sunlight during the morning/sunflower beside my bed/bedroom) and blue for my boy's room. It really simple, give it a try and be sure to use it in accordance with a list as list.

If you, however, don't want to be bothered with this you can always get a really cheap service , if you look hard enough. They do the same as I have mentioned, they are probably ensured and well trained, perfect if you don't have the time or don't want to take the risk of ruining your furniture/possessions. Make sure, however, to let them know how much you are planning on moving, when and if you'd require anything more special than a few boxes and bubble wrap.
