Gajar Ka Halwa

Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun needs no ontorduction. It is probably the most relished sweet delicacy in India and serves as a really great dessert. Kulfi

Kulfi can be described as the Indian version of an icecream although it is much more denser than a regular ice creaam. Milk is the main ingredient in Kulfi and it is flavored withh various nuts and other flavoring agents. They have a distinct conical shape, which is because of the traditional molds inside which the milk is poured to give the kulfi its signature shape. The Kulfi is usaually flavored with various nuts like pistachio, almonds etc, as well as cardamom, saffron, and rose water. Jalebi

Kheer

The list of Indian desserts will not be complete if Kheer is not added to the list. This moouth-watering rice pudding is a big part of all the festivities in the country and it also has several variations from region to region. Essentially, Kheer is a creamy pudding which made with boiled rice and milk and it is often flavored with dried nuts, cardamom, sugar and saffron. This dish is often spotted during various cermeonies, weddings and other festivities and also served as offerings to the Gods.
