  • Whenever you feel that you are losing your balance, take a crouch down position on the skateboard so that it reduces chances to get hurt.
  • In a fall it is advised to land on the fleshy parts of your body to avoid any harsh impact on any one body part. It is safe if you try to roll instead of absorbing the force.
  • During a Fall although it is difficult but try to relax instead of getting your body stiff.
