Being super techy. Sure, you like to make sure that how the latest and complex systems work, but you don’t require to code them or even understand them in a super-detailed way.

Learning opportunities. Business Analytics professionals never stop learning. New domains. New stakeholders. New techniques. New approaches. New technologies. There is always something new to do and interesting to do around the next project corner.

No validity on your skills. Business Analytics skills you build like requirement gathering, facilitating, problem-solving, requirement analysis and leadership will serve you in your life-long career. The facilitation technique you learned as a junior Business Analyst can be just as applicable on your 100th project as it was on your 1st.

Strong career safety. Whatever shifts happen in the workforce, you are nurturing quality skills and career experiences that future employers will always value and recognize.

Different each day. Many people, tend to get a bit bored when set to do the same tasks repeatedly day after day. But being a Business Analyst is something different. Not only do you get to schedule your own tasks for the day, but the way you carry them out is also entirely up to you. If you feel like being a social butterfly eliciting requirements one day and a hermit completing busywork tasks the next, the flexibility is yours.
