eyebrow threading

Eyebrow threading is always a daunting job, especially for those who have thick eyebrows. Depending upon the types of eyebrows, you need to decide the plans for actions for eyebrow shaping. The best way of eyebrow shaping is getting it done by experts. Though sometimes, we need to do it by ourselves. For example, you need to get ready for a small party, and you have no time to call experts for eyebrow threading. In such cases, doing it yourself is the best solution to be opted for. To get thick eyebrows threaded properly at home, you can follow the following steps.

Getting Thick Eyebrows Threaded

Step - 1: Sit Before A Mirror

The first thing is sitting in front of a mirror. The mirror room should be nicely lighted up so that you can do your job accurately. Some people use a magnifying glass, which is not required if your mirror is sharp and good.

Step – 2: Make Outline

Making a proper outline is an essential thing for Microblading. This is important to get accurate results. If you are a novice, this is a must-follow step. For outlining, you can use a thin white pencil. Before you get your eyebrows threaded or waxed, it is essential to put a little moisturizer on the eyebrows. This will keep the area moist. Hence, you will feel lesser pain during hair plucking.

Step – 3: Getting The Tread Ready

For eyebrow threading, you need around 2ft long thread. Remember that you do not take too sharp or hard lines to cause skin damages to you. Now, you have to fold the tread uniformly right from the middle. After doing this, you can move on to the next step.

Step – 4: Make A Small Knot At The End

You need to make a small knot at the end of the two opened thread faces. So, now, you have got a complete round thread. Suppose anything remaining outside the knot cut it off with a knife or scissor. The idea is to get a perfect loop of thread. If you do not wish to use thread, you can opt for microblading.

Step – 5: Dab Powder On Eyebrows

Dab powder at the edges of eyebrows so that thread can be done with seamlessness. This will make the whole thing lesser, painful, and more accurate. To get your eyebrows threaded properly, you must follow this step.

Step – 6: Plucking Hairs

The most crucial stage of eyebrow threading is plucking hair. You need patience and accuracy for this job. While plucking hairs with thread, keep your fingers far from the face. This will help to make the process smoother and accurate. If you want eyebrows threaded too thin, it will take time.

Step – 7: Brush Eyebrows

After you have done with threading, your next job should be brushing up the eyebrows gently. The question is, how often you need threading? If you need eyebrow threading frequently, you should not forget to brush up your eyebrows.

Step – 8: Applying Ice

Every time you thread your eyebrows, you will find a reddish hue. To get rid of this redness, apply ice or Aloe Vera cream on the skin. This will help for sure.
