Yes, the wild spread of the pandemic disease corona virus has certainly restricted our movement. There is not much one can do for entertaining us or staying glued to other things. Like –

  • Going out for a dinner with friends.
  • Hitting onto the gym.
  • Not attending any meetings.

People will feel the emptiness and get into a doubtful mode that what should be done. Meditation retreats automatically becomes one of the smartest ways in tackling the issues of loneliness. Majority of things outside the restricted zone is closed or not in complete functional order.

This is the time, when you are into double mind, that what should be done for making sure that you are not in a dejected mode. The experts suggest that you should do the following things for making sure that you are not going through a stressful time.

Guest should be honest every time:- On becoming a part of a retreat group, the host does become a part of 10 to 15 members. Where each of them interacts with the other and communicates for about 30 minutes. The participant should never conceal anything.
