1. Definition of natural maintenance: under natural temperature conditions (above +50C), cover watering maintenance or plastic film maintenance.

1. Covering and watering maintenance is to cover the concrete with straw curtains, sacks, sawdust, etc. within 3-12 hours after the concrete is poured, and water to keep it moist. The concrete is mixed with ordinary cement, Portland cement and slag cement. The curing is not less than 7d, and the curing with retarding admixture (sodium gluconate cement retarder) and impermeable concrete is not less than 14d; when the temperature is above 15 degrees Celsius, in the first 3 days after concrete pouring, water at least once every 3h during the day, and should be watered at night. Water twice, and then about three times a day and night. High temperature or dry climate should appropriately increase the number of watering. No watering is allowed when the daily average temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius. For large-area structures such as floors and roof slabs, water storage can be used for maintenance; for storage tanks, water injection can be used for maintenance after the inner mold is removed; for underground foundation projects, soil covering can be used for maintenance.

2. Moisturizing and curing of plastic film uses plastic film as a covering to isolate the concrete from the air, so that the water no longer evaporates, and the cement is cured and hardened by the water in the concrete to complete the hydration. It improves construction conditions, saves labor, saves water, and ensures the quality of concrete maintenance. Moisturizing and curing can be divided into plastic sheet curing and spraying plastic film curing liquid. (Moisturizing maintenance of row piles, moisture maintenance of frame columns) When the plastic film cloth is used for maintenance, the outer surface should be covered and wrapped tightly. The second-level constructor should also protect the plastic cloth from condensation.

2. Heating curing is to accelerate the growth of its strength by heating the concrete. There are many methods of heating and curing. The commonly used ones are steam curing, thermal film curing, solar energy curing and so on. You may find more relative information on my Facebook, welcome to follow.

1. Steam curing The steam temperature is about 45 degrees under normal pressure. (Belonging to construction speed or external conditions requirements) The pressure is 1 standard atmosphere; steam curing can increase the 28d strength of the mixed material cement by 10-40%; P.I, P.1I and P.O can be reduced by 10-15%. The purpose of steam curing is to accelerate the development of concrete strength, meet the requirements of accelerating the construction progress, and not to be affected by the external environmental temperature.

2. Pressurized steam curing Pressurized steam curing method: In order to obtain higher strength concrete, the uncondensed concrete is directly increased in pressure with a machine, or placed in a high-pressure container, and the temperature is quickly raised under pressure for steam curing.

  1. The warming shed method uses thermal insulation materials to build a shed, enclosing the entire component or structure to ensure a higher temperature in the shed. The heating in the shed can be heated by installing a steam pipe or directly firing a stove to increase the temperature in the shed.
  2. Dry wet heat curing wet saturated steam has a high heat content. During wet heat curing, it can quickly heat concrete products with high condensation heat release strength, while ensuring the necessary humidity conditions for concrete hardening.
