There is a three-day tomato diet plan prepared for shedding your weight. Tomatoes are very rich in minerals and vitamins and they are usually consumed with many dishes as a regular ingredient. If you want to name it a vegetable, you can since in several parts of Asia it is considered a vegetable, but technically it is known as a fruit. It is better to say that tomato is a fruit not vegetable.

Almost one and all must have tasted tomatoes. You know that it is not very rich in taste that some people do not feel like eating it if it is raw. A vast majority of people is willing to lick its ketchup with some fast foods and it is also eaten if it is grilled. If you are going to follow the tomato diet, you will definitely get your desired goal.

3-Day Tomato Diet Plan

Here is a three-day tomato diet plan for you if you want to lose weight. It consists of 9 meal times and three meals per day. Along with tomatoes, you will add some foods which support tomatoes to be digested. It is good for both men and women. Your responsibility is to stick with this diet for three days.

Day 1

In this diet, you have three times meal as breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the morning, you will eat bread’s slice with cheese that is supposed to be low in fat. Take a slice of tomato and take coffee not more than a cup. It is your first diet of the first day of this three-day tomato diet plan. In lunch time, take 50grams of pasta sauce that must be full of tomato. Take garlic and olive oil. At night take boiled potato, cooked spinach and some tomatoes. You must also include some physical activities such as walking and jogging to get good results.

Day 2

It is your second day of tomato diet plan. On this day, you have meals three times as usual; in the morning, take a bread slice and make sure that it is also low in fat. A slice of tomato and cup of coffee should be included. Now your 5th meal of this diet plan is in afternoon which allows you to have the taste of tomato’s salad mixed with bell peppers and cucumber. Meal number six is for dinner time where you need to take some tomatoes that must be grilled and you can eat with no limit.

Day 3

It is the final day and all your goal is going to be achieved at the end of this day. Now in the morning, you eat the same diet what you ate in the morning of day one and two. In lunch time, you will go for eating fruits and drinking fresh juices, milk (cream less) and vegetables. At night, you are supposed to eat some grilled vegetables and sprinkle olive oil to get good taste. If you want to lose more weight, you can continue this tomato diet for five days.
