Let's start the Router Login and Router Setup with the Help of Some Easy Steps.

Router login

There are different ways through which you can connect to your router and complete your router login. The first one is the wired connection way in which you will have to use your router’s Wi-Fi network with the help of an Ethernet cable and that’s the best way to do it.

Now, the first technical step in the process is to find your router’s IP address. In this also there are two IP addresses. The one is a LAN IP (the default IP address) and a WAN IP (your public IP address). The one you need to complete the router login process is the LAN IP address.

So, let’s come to the point where we will try to find the router’s default IP address to complete the router setup.

To do that you can either do it the manual way. This is where you find the manufacturer of the router model you are using and then simply search "[router model] default IP address". With most models and brands you will get the right IP address with this simple google search.

If this does not work you can go the other way and seek help from dedicated network finder apps like the TP-Link Tether, Xfinity app, or D-Link Wi-Fi. Even when google won’t give you the right answer these IP and network finder apps will and you will be able to know the right default address of your router’s IP along with other important information.

When you find the IP address number note it down or take a screenshot of the IPCONFIG information for router login.

Now, once that is done you are ready to complete Router login:

So, the first step is to go to the browser which could be Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Now, that you already have the IP address ready with you type that in and that will take you to your router’s login page.

There you will need your router’s login credentials which you can find your Router’s user manual.
