Mitra Airotec cyclone is specially designed for spraying on tall trees like Mango, coconut, and dates. This is the latest designed product with higher air output for maximum vertical reach on the tree while spraying. This machine has made up of a Tank, Air conveyor system, Pump, Gearbox with Fan, Nozzle and PTO shaft, etc.

The Airotec cyclone is tractor operated sprayer, it works on 40HP and above tractor. Tractor PTO power is a prime source for running the orchard sprayer, this power transmits from tractor to the machine by a wide-angle PTO shaft. There are two types of PTO shafts are used in one is wide-angle PTO (At the time of turning no need to stop PTO, Spraying Possible at the time of turn to cover side/ perpendicular row) another one is the straight angle (Transfer power from Pump to Gearbox). This machine has a 75 LPM diaphragm pump used for sucking the water from the tank, It’s having a 1500lit capacity main tank with a 115lit rinsing tank and a 12lit hand wash tank. After spraying, the machine hose circuit can be cleaned by rinsing tank water and hand wash tank water can use for cleaning the hand. This tractor-operated sprayer machine has very compact in size which easily works in Mango orchards
