The battery heat up the liquid, which in turn creates a vapor and the result is a smoke which you inhale. The result or the feeling that this e cigarette gives is same as in case of a normal cigarette. Although long-term effects are yet uncertain, these prove to be a much better and healthy alternative.

While the regular tobacco cigarettes are high in tobacco or nicotine content, electronic cigarettes are smoke free and tobacco free. Some varieties are nicotine free while others are not. Those which are not contain nicotine in a diluted form and are considered to be an effective substitute. They are actually vaporizers. Instead of the tobacco being burnt, it is the liquid that is burnt and comes out in the form of vapor. Moreover, e cigarettes are gaining popularity as they are against the smoke free laws. It allows a smoker to smoke anywhere.

Buying cigarette is an easy task. You go to the shopkeeper ask for it and you get it. Electronic cigarette can be bought from online stores. You need to keep the battery charged like we charge our mobile phones. You also have the option of USB charging, i.e., charging via laptops and car charges too can be explored. Apart from this, the liquid cartridge of the e cigarette needs to be re-filled or replaced on a regular basis.

Studies suggest that e cigarette is indeed a feasible source to quit smoking conventional cigarettes. However, nothing concrete has yet been proved. But, it is not far away when people would be encouraged to switch to these as a healthy option. Reliable manufacturers have full-fledged R&D lab that works endlessly to improve the quality of the products and provide a meaningful option to committed smokers for quitting the habit. Electronic cigarettes come in attractive colors and with flavors like tobacco, menthol, coffee, candy etc. You get starter kits for people new to the switch over. All the kits come accessorized with battery, cable and instruction manual. If you are desperately trying to kick the habit of quitting tobacco but can’t really come out of that craving for the smoke, you can try the electronic ones. They are a good alternative.

Electronic cigarettes or e cigarettes are a good and healthy alternative to smoking tobacco.
