Robinhood is an investment app that provides you with a straightforward user interface and a lot of tools to do several things. But this app restricts dozens of stocks and costs you many to access them. Many people like this app, but plenty of users also there who don’t like it and want an alternative for this app. Fortunately, there are some great investment and trading apps available on the Google Play Store that can be used as alternatives to Robinhood. Let’s take a look at these apps.

Fidelity

Fidelity is one of the most popular trading apps that allows you to trade the usual stocks and also offers a ton of retirement plans and other such stuff. Fidelity’s desktop app is outstanding and works flawlessly. Besides that, it provides you with world-class customer service that patiently explains everything you want to know. Well, Fidelity’s mobile app also works nicely but not as good as its desktop app. The mobile app needs some improvements; however, you will be able to do all the basic stuff on it. The app is available for free, but charges for trades vary.

TD Ameritrade

TD Ameritrade is another great alternative to Robinhood. TD Ameritrade provides you with two different apps, the base TD Ameritrade app and Think or Swim; both the apps are great and work nicely. The base Ameritrade is a beginner-friendly app and you will be able to use it without any difficulty or external assistance. But you might find some server issues during heavy trading days. On the other hand, the Think or Swim app, the desktop version is quite complicated to use, but it’s very powerful. You might face some problems setting up this app, but once you get to know how to use this app, you will be able to do plenty of stuff that you can’t do via the base Ameritrade app. I would suggest you use the mobile version of TD Ameritrade until you become well versed in stock marketing. After that, you can use the desktop version.

Webull

Webull is a pretty amazing trading app and an excellent alternative to Robinhood. The app mostly works like Robinhood and does most of the things in the same way. However, Webull is different from Robinhood because it offers you a straightforward user interface and a lot of fractional shares. Besides that, Webull allows you to trade cryptocurrency, trade stocks immediately after a transfer, and even view real-time quotes. The app provides you with all the basic stuff completely for free, but it has Level 2 information, to access it you will have to buy Webull’s subscription. Webull even offers free stocks when you sign up, you should try this app.

SoFi

SoFi is comparatively a new trading app, but still, it’s a great alternative to Robinhood. The app provides you with pretty decent investment opportunities, fast trading options, a straightforward UI, cryptocurrency support, and many more things. For most things, this app works fantastically. The only downside of this app is the lack of tools. Otherwise, it works similar to Webull.

Coinbase

Coinbase is not an app for stock trading but buying or selling cryptocurrency. Coinbase majorly focuses on cryptocurrency trading, it provides you with a clean layout, support for a variety of currencies, clear listing of your assets, and more. The app even includes some educational tools along with some other useful stuff. It mostly works very nicely, but sometimes you might face server issues on it. However, it’s better than most cryptocurrency apps and you should give it a try.

These are all our picks for the best Robinhood alternative apps, you can choose any of the above-mentioned options. They all work very well and will let you do most of the things very nicely. I hope you liked the article. Thank you for reading it.
