First, keep temptation at bay until night and have a feast around 8 at night. At other time, you just enjoy yourself for sightseeing and visiting. Be cautious about what you drink, however, because inappropriate drinks may easily break your fast.

Then, skip the next breakfast.

Next, have a normal lunch at around 12 at noon.

In conclusion, the rule to follow during traveling is to skip breakfast and have lunch and dinner.

Must-Remember Intermittent Fasting Diet Tips for Traveling

Different diet habits will be met based on what countries you’re traveling in. For example, flour is everywhere in Italy while rice is always met in Asian countries. As a result, you may have a high intake of carbohydrates that will gain you weight.

Therefore, you should go for as many proteins as possible during your traveling because they are usually difficult to get. For example, pick up a restaurant serving steaks or chicken.

Just keep in mind, carbohydrates are easier to consume while you travel than proteins. Nevertheless, proteins are more friendly to intermittent fasting or your body than carbohydrates. So, try to intake as many proteins as possible from your meals.
