Realizing the need for such professional courses, NIFS under the aegis of Sri Santeshwar Baba Institute of Higher Studies (SSBIHS) has started with a modest beginning of 3 centers with professional courses, viz. Diplomas and Post Graduate Diplomas in Fire, Health, Safety & Environmental Educations besides Two years MBA in Safety Management and Three years B.Sc programs in India in 2001. NIFS has been able to establish around 85+ centers in 23 states in India by 2018.
