In a cut throat dog eat dog World, excellence is the key to survival. There is a constant endeavor to strive for excellence in all spheres of business besides acquiring behavioral traits that create an environment of harmony that boosts progressive drive and leads to growth. Make friend and thrive.

This long tirade need not be cut short for this is the truth that governs success, and this does come from a sound infrastructure and finances. But can you neglect the work force behind. In this World thriving with automation, preprogrammed technologies and AI there is nothing left for humans to do. Soon we will have robots conducting business with the boss sitting in a cozy office smoking a cigar. He might be replaced too for all you know. Ha!

Well! If this is your idea of business environment in this century better go on a pilgrimage never to return. In spite of all the goodies technology cannot overtake human inputs and that calls for a pool of talent and skills, and in good enough numbers. A characteristic possibly in a pluralistic society…take for example America & Europe which by all means welcomes talent irrespective of their cast or creed, and the result is well documented in the global order.

Nations that are restrictive may have a booming economy as well but diversity will be limited and future bleak. Like it or not pluralism has come to stay. Diversity of skills and literacy on various topics with constantly emerging verticals feed and stimulate growth. Emerging technologies and paradigms will not succeed without trained people to program or man them.

Mass scale implementation of emerging technologies require an adaptive populace every ready to take on the challenge. You can be sure this pool is not possible in a monolithic structure; pluralistic welcoming societies are the source. When there is dependence upon human ingenuities then there should be an open society to nurture them.

This the new order that is emerging - well it has already done so - but for conservative countries this is new and challenging. Curtains do not work well for economy and hence industrial growth. Growth is always linked to a harmonious society that stays undivided. Heavily populated country like India with enough educated populace full of talent and skills can prosper using the thrust vectored by diverse economical segments but suffers from brain drain. This calls for opening up of airspace and easing working visas to invite professionals with skill sets that can fill the gap.

World is now a global village, and nations still ensconced in parochialism are going to face stagnation out of which they will never come out. Violent societies, ideologically intolerant populace and those riddled with crime will never experience growth but rather face subjugation due to dependence upon nations thriving on excellence. Countries without proper direction or a sound governance that promises freedom will face stagnation not only in economic terms but in all round development of its people as well.

Radical ideological idoctrination is not only keeping Nations in economic stagnancy and perpetual poverty, it is leading to a violent society where enterprise will never flourish. And labor from these countries will never be able to adapt to overseas liberal environment. For businesses to flourish a sound infrastructure in terms for education and skill development along with strong educational institutions is a must.

Before talent management and acquisition skills comes the environment that a country creates. The primary purpose of this article is to state what precedes a good talent acquisition opportunities.

Only whence there is a robust pool of professionals with requisite skill sets there will be growth. This growth will come out of innovations and technological developments. This is essential for creating a strong work force. In an environment teeming with diverse talents and skills recruitment firms survive to empower. The best from the pool can fortify industries and business with use of the staffing agencies.

In Nations with restrictions based on anomalies described above economic growth is not possible. The World is alike an open book, limitations emerge from restrictive practices and there is no dearth of evidence. The restrictive paradigm has never seen success even Nations with immense resource import semi-skilled and cheap labor from overseas. Their survival is limited to level of resources available. What Then?
