Their brains are far smaller than that of a man. However, our minds need to be rested in order to function effectively. Health experts and doctors all over the world agree that human beings require an average of eight hours of sleep within each and every twenty four hour period of time. It does not matter whether we receive our sleep during the night or during the day, just as long as we get to bed. Health experts and doctors all over the planet also agree that a person that has gone for a twenty-four hour period without any sleep at all is akin to a person who has consumed a large amount of liquor. They are sure to be clumsy confused and prone to avoidable accidents.
It is important to get a quality bed, because it is important to sleep. When we go an entire day without sleep we acquire what is known as a sleep debt. A sleep debt is the difference between the amount of sleep that we should be getting and amount of sleep that we are actually receiving. For example, if we sleep for only five hours instead of the recommended eight hours that doctors recommend, we accumulate a sleep debt of three hours. It is not advisable to work and function while owing a large sleep debt to your bed
In conclusion, it important to sleep, therefore it is important to acquire a quality mattress. A quality mattress ensures that you will wake up in the morning feeling rejuvenated.
