Just because you're now working at home doesn't mean you don't have free time anymore. You have to make a schedule with regular breaks and a specific time at which you start your working day and a specific time at which you end it.

To avoid being stressed during teleworking, it is essential that you provide a space of your own for work. This space should be a private space where you cannot be disturbed by other members of your family. You are responsible for keeping this workspace tidy. This is very important because chaotic workspaces are stressful while tidy workspaces give a feeling of control and harmony. It is also important that you install some greenery in this workspace, at least one plant. A small green space will put you in contact with nature, which is good for your well-being. Before or after your working day, it is also important that you exercise for at least half an hour a day.

If you start to maintain strictly virtual relationships with coworkers and friends while teleworking you may quickly feel isolated. It is therefore advisable to maintain regular contact with your loved ones outside of your working hours. Continue to visit them and invite them to your home. It would be even better to do regular activities together, such as playing sports outdoors.

If you don't have the time to visit friends or family after work, you should know that there are many relaxing activities you can do at home or near your home that are great for your mental health, such as listening to music. music, bathing, yoga, meditating, mindful walking, cooking, reading a book, taking a nap, painting, or drawing.
