Singhania University Not declare - Fake University

There is a famous saying – Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.

Coming to the fact I have many valid points which indicate that Singhania University which is located in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan is not declared as fake. Below are few points which will prove that university is not fake.

1. Singhania University, Jhunjhunu is a genuine UGC recognized University. Anyone can visit the UGC website to crosscheck it.
2. UGC provides a list of colleges that comes under it or affiliated by it and those colleges are not considered as fake.

3. Singhania University is affiliated with UGC and hence it is not fake it is a well-established university.

1. World Education Services (WES), Canada, USA & Australia considers this as a legitimate & genuine University.
2. Since its a deemed University recognized under section 2(f) of UGC act 1956, it doesn’t need AICTE approval for its Engineering courses.
3. Its B.Tech degree is equivalent to degree awarded by any IIT, NIT & other deemed universities which doesn’t need AICTE approval.
4. On 25th March 2021 High court of judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur gave a verdict that the Singhania University established under the statute, is automatically recognized and needs no recognition by any other authority.
5. If one has checked the website of the Singhania University then one can observe that many students who got graduated under that university have been placed under different companies by that university. If that university was fake then there would be no placements provided to the students
6. The degree given by Singhania University is not fake since it is approved by UGC and AICTE for other courses than B.Tech.
7. IGNOU judgment of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in which it has been held that statutory university like IGNOU and likewise Singhania University, does not require any permission from Central Government or MCI to take admission in MBBS/MD/MS & other medical courses and award degree/ diploma to the pass out students and that degree holder will be automatically recognized & eligible to apply for registration with State Medical Council and in Indian Medical Register.
8. Singhania University’s MBBS/MD/MS & other medical qualifications are recognized as a medical qualification, listed in the First Schedule of the MCI Act.
9. Singhania University is established by the government of Rajasthan and recognized as per section of 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956.
10. When asked about the university to the students who have completed their graduation from Singhania University the review or the response of the students was positive.
