There are some obvious ways to stay healthy and "live a long and happy life," but I want to discuss some of my best tips for healthy life for being healthy. I know what it takes to be a healthy person, but sometimes it’s hard for me. I sometimes read other people’s blogs to motivate myself. Sometimes your mind is not enough. Sometimes you need someone else to give you the encouragement you need to keep going. I have said it many times and I will say it again: food and fitness are not the only aspects of health. I love helping people get healthy, but need more than my words and advice so you can achieve your goals. One of my favorite tips is to cook foods that you know will fill you up. Also, make sure it is something you love to eat and it will satisfy your cravings. The worst feeling is filling up on food and realizing that you are always "hungry" because you want something more. Listen to your body when told that it needs something sweet. There are healthy things that are sweet. Eat an orange! Another tip I have for the audience is, to be honest with yourself. If you lie to yourself, how do you expect others to be honest with you?! I’m talking about honesty in all aspects. For example, for one, be honest with yourself in case you need deceptive food. Can't eat cheats to live this week. Your week will be very awful if you are always drowning in lettuce. It’s the physical aspect of being honest with yourself. The mental part of being honest is that you just have to be an honest person as a whole. You draw what you give. You don’t want to follow what you think you want and what you really need. Also, don’t put too much on the body (or mind) that can’t be handled. Only you know what is too much, what is enough, and what is not enough. You have to push yourself in all aspects of life, but not to the point where you can’t survive.

Relationships are another important aspect of living a healthy life in general. You receive the love you think you deserve. That is why it is so important not only to have a healthy body and a healthy mind, but also love for yourself. You have to love yourself enough to know what you deserve. If someone is not making a positive contribution to your life, then in reality, they are not interested in being there. Plus, if there are more negatives in a relationship than positives, it’s time to let go of them. Negatives in your relationship affect you more than you think. This affects your confidence and general well -being. Unfortunately, you set the standard for everyone following following your life. They need to know how they need to treat you in order to stay in your life. If you allow people to step on you, they will do it.

The other thing I want to discuss is family. Some people in your life come and go. Friends will most likely come and go. Boyfriends come and go but family is blood and family forever. You can't get rid of it. You have a reason for them and they are there to help you get through times when you feel like you don’t have anyone else. Yes, you can quarrel with your family. In fact, I quarrel more with family than my friends. But I also forgive them faster than anyone else. I know they know me better than anyone else. They have known me longer than anyone else in my life, and your family. While sometimes you may feel like they don’t know what you want... they know what you need and that’s more important.

Sleep is an important part of a healthy life. I’m sure you know you’re supposed to get enough sleep every night, but did you know too much sleep is awful for you? Did you know that there is a significant relationship between too much sleep and weight gain. I don’t know the full reason, but I know that skipping breakfast isn’t good for your metabolism, so I’m sure it has something to do with it. For me, if I know that I have a long day ahead of me, I make sure I’m really asleep. Since running the Fitbit, I realized how bad my sleep patterns were. Sometimes I would go to bed around 10am and wake up at 8am and I would You're always tired. So I checked my Fitbit and saw that I only slept 5 hours.

tempted by my fitbit for being so precise. My dad also wore it and he said that he slept soundly so it was different for everyone but I was so happy to have it because now I know why I am so tired all day after thinking that I slept more than 8 hours.

So, with all that being said, I want everyone to be the best person they can be. Keep track of all aspects of health and don’t just focus on physical features. A healthy mind can also mean a healthy life. I think everyone needs to be more focused on different aspects of health. Actually, I would say that weight is just n

shadow. Heavy muscle has more fat. People need to stop looking at numbers in scales as a reflection of health. I have learned to feel happy with my weight because I know there are a lot of muscles in my body. Again, thanks for signing in.
