Pineapple stuffing, a recipe and a holiday tradition that perhaps you might have gotten from your Mum? Or maybe it came to your table after you have raved about the pineapple stuffing after having it a friend’s house, and his mom gave me you the recipe or perhaps you might just know it from here. That’s right! Be it Thanksgiving or Easter, it goes perfectly with ham at Easter and has the potential to replace the cranberry stuffing at Thanksgiving. It’s a much tastier alternative to the pineapple rings that never quite stayed put and ended up cooking in the bottom of the roasting pan. Pineapple stuffing is quite easy to make if compared to prepping whole cranberries for stuffing and you can also serve it as a side, however, make sure to try a bite of ham or turkey on your fork along with the stuffing. It is incredibly moist and delicious!

Normally, pineapple stuffing is incredibly sweet and dessert-like, however, the idea of all that extra sugar doesn’t sounds all the more appealing at all. So try adding an extra bread to make it a bit harder. Although, it will feel like more of a side dish and less of a dessert. But despite that, it will be still plenty sweet, however if you feel like having a little bit of more of a sweeter dish then you can add a little more sugar and don’t worry for it won’t mess anything up.

Top it with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if possible, Saigon cinnamon for it has a more intense flavour, In case, you doesn’t have one then don’t worry for but cinnamon will work just fine. And if you don’t like cinnamon then you can also leave it off, or even do a sprinkle of coarse sugar for some extra crunch.
