Industrial buildings usually have a large volume of space and providing a good amount of cooling solutions is an absolute need. This helps workers to be productive and efficient. Particularly, tempered air for the benefit of the equipment as well as the employees. Typically, conventional systems would result in huge operating expenses. Here’s where HMX plays an extensive role in being effective, reliable, and even cost-efficient for various industries in the country.

Evaporative cooling comes in two key forms: direct and indirect. Direct evaporative cooling does not contain a heat exchanger. The water evaporates directly into the air stream, therefore lessening the air temperature while humidifying the air. While Indirect evaporative cooling results when primary air is cooled physically with a heat exchanger, while the secondary air carries away the heat energy from the primary air as generated vapour.

Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDE)

With this method, the primary air stream is cooled first with indirect evaporative cooling and again cooled with direct evaporative cooling.

Indirect Evaporative Cooling and CWC/DX

At first, the primary air stream is cooled with indirect evaporative cooling. This cools the primary air stream to the required temperature. When further cooling is expected, the supplemental CWC/DX attains the desired temperature.

Indirect Evaporative Cooling has the power to deliver modern change in comfort conditioning. In IEC, warm primary air cools by declining its heat to a thin water film on the alternative side of a charging surface. Another air stream thus evaporates this water, thoroughly, moving most of the sensible heat into latent heat, before it is emptied to the outside. Therefore, the primary air is cooled without getting in contact with the water stream. Hence, the IEC method helps in reducing the dry bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature and the enthalpy of the primary air by adding no moisture to it.

Refrigerant based air-conditioning involves higher CAPEX and OPEX, while traditional evaporative cooling solutions fall short of delivering the desired level of cooling and comfort.

With HMX, your ideal Industrial Air Conditioner isn’t far away. An eco-friendly cooling expert, that brings you energy-efficient and eco-friendly cooling solutions, based on patented indirect evaporative cooling technology.

HMX’s patented technology contributes 100% fresh and cool air. It is a distinguished boost over air washers and ventilation systems that are generally used for industrial and commercial cooling applications. HMX’s two-stage evaporative cooling technology is much improved to the single-stage evaporative cooling that is practised in air washers. The HMX-Ambiator includes far less moisture to a conditioned space when linked to air washers.

Currently, this exceptional cooling technology is being chosen by a widening number of corporates across industry verticals for the well-being of people as well as applications.

Ultimately, HMX’s core technology is the next-generation DAMA heat exchanger. DAMA is an acronym for ’Dry Air and Moist Air’. This heat exchanger is designed to deliver the ideal heat exchanger performance without sacrificing its effectiveness and support. Warm, primary air flows in confined channels and surrenders its heat to water films running down the other side of the polymeric plates. A secondary air stream rushing in the direction opposite to the water, evaporates water before it is depleted outside. Therefore, without any moisture addition, the primary air is cooled.
