Currently, it is not difficult for you to find industrial wood planks in Vietnam with many different designs and categories. According to estimates, there can be hundreds of large and small brands of domestic and imported industrial flooring to floating floors of unknown origin. Because there are so many choices, users do not know which type of flooring is good. Based on the structure of industrial flooring, it can be divided into the following common types for evaluation.

White core HDF industrial wood

This is the most popular laminate flooring on the market. Can be found at most major distribution stores or any dealer. The distinguishing feature of this type of floor is that it has an ivory-white or brownish wood core of natural wood that is dried and pressed into a smooth board, without wood chips. Most types of industrial floor wood use normal HDF wood core as the main material in production because the density and hardness of this type of core is ranked first in the common types of wood.

Usually, these types of reinforcement have a compression density of over 800kg/m3 to ensure the durable bearing capacity of the wooden floorboards. White-core HDF industrial flooring can fully meet the requirements of a durable tiling material that is not easily damaged by external factors. So if you are in need of basic imported high-class wooden flooring, this will be the right choice.

Green core HDF industrial wood

Green Hdf wood core (Green HDF) is a production material that is widely used in European industrial flooring brands with quality standards. This is a product in the more advanced segment than normal HDF flooring. However, in terms of quality, both types meet European high-class laminate flooring standards. The difference between these two types of wood planks is the compression ratio of the wood core. If the reinforced concrete floors are usually compressed with a density of 800-900kg/m3, the green core board has a density of more than 900kg/m3 or even up to 1050kg/m3. With a high density, the board has outstanding durability, the solidity of the wood core is extremely high, helping to reduce the tiny gaps to the maximum, making it difficult for water to penetrate into the core of the board. Therefore, this is considered an extremely good waterproof wooden floor.

However, this organic green color is just a sign used to distinguish high-class flooring from ordinary wood planks, after a period of use, the color will gradually fade. So if you are in areas with high humidity/climate and want to use high-quality wood plank materials, please ask the seller for information about Density to choose. be really good product.

MDF industrial wood core

The most important criterion to classify MDF and HDF is the density of plywood. Floors manufactured from MDF board materials will have a density of wood from 680-840kg/m3. The consistency is medium, the surface is quite smooth but there is still a significant portion of the wood fibers that have not been completely crushed. This type of laminate flooring is rarely produced and used because of its low bearing capacity, easy deformation when subjected to external forces and poor moisture resistance. This type is usually only used for office furniture such as desks, cabinets, bookshelves, etc. However, in fact in Vietnam we can still come across extremely cheap laminate flooring that can be purchased. manufactured from MDF wood core to compete in the popular segment. When holding the chipboard, you will notice that the weight is noticeably lighter than HDF flooring. Therefore, you need to be wise to choose good quality wooden boards.
