People mostly prefer to buy properties within the main city limits. The most important reason is "ACCESSIBILITY". The "City premises" is full of renowned schools, colleges, banks, good Hospitals and Nursing Homes, Offices, Grocery stores, Shopping malls, Restaurants, Movie theatres which all are required to lead a comfortable life. Moreover a" well developed transport system" is also a major criterion. Buses, metros, taxis and other mode of transport are found in abundance in the main city area which is very much needed for the smooth functioning of our daily life. This "accessibility" criterion is also true in case of our city "Kolkata". People tend to search apartments, houses in the central areas of Kolkata where the "price "of any property is just "Sky high" due to high demand making it almost impossible for people to afford an apartment or house in the "Main City" premises of Kolkata and now during this pandemic crisis the situation is becoming worst day by day. The prices are soaring every day, sometimes without any valid reasons making the properties almost "out of reach" for the common people. So we need to think now, Is there any other alternative way which we can use to prevent ourselves from bearing the brunt of "sky high" property rates in the "main city " area of Kolkata? Yes, there is an alternative way that we are going to discuss.

If anyone is thinking of buying an apartment inside the main city premises to avail all the facilities required for a comfortable living but is not able to move forward with the plan due to "financial reasons" can think of investing in a property around E M Bypass area which is ideally located and is also close to all basic amenities and luxuries of life

The first and foremost reason is the properties located around E.M Bypass area are really "AFFORDABLE" compared to the properties located in the main city premises. For example we can buy a 2 BHK apartment with the same price that we invested in buying a 1 BHK apartment in the main City area of Kolkata.

Due to rapid growth of urbanization in "metro cities" like Kolkata the rate of pollution has increased making the city air highly polluted and harmful increasing deadly diseases like Cancer especially Lungs Cancer and other respiratory problems like Asthma.

But, areas around E M Bypass is still full of greenery with large number of trees and open green fields where the rate of pollution is low and is also a very peaceful and serene area to live in away from the hustle bustle of busy and congested city life and its close proximity to "Garia", one of the main hub with renowned schools, colleges, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, super markets etc. It is also the main link to connect the southern parts of the extended Kolkata to the main city area. All major bus, train and metro routes which connect the extended parts of Kolkata with the main city are mostly via Garia. For example, the Garia-Dumdum Metro Railway which is now extended till Dakshineswar. The E.M Bypass Connector is one of the most important routes which we can take to reach important places like Sector V, main IT Hub hospitals, nursing homes, schools, Colleges, shopping and entertainment destinations. Also, Narendrapur area which is just adjacent to the E.M Bypass is very close to all amenities including shopping malls, grocery stores, schools, hair salons, banks, petrol pumps, hospitals etc.

All these factors contribute towards choosing a life around the E.M Bypass more feasible nowadays if the person is thinking of leading a serene life amidst greeneries a little bit away from the booming city life.
