The system consists of totally three methods of systems. Those are Cluster System, Inline System and Research and Development System.

In a cluster system, the panel's high efficiency and high life is ensured by removing the out-gassing and carrying out the cleaning process. The cluster system is mainly used in the OLED Evaporation System to develop the OLED panel and display research & development with the help of a point source and a linear source.

In the inline system deposition process, the excellent productivity is performed while the substrate is moving, so the productivity is achieved in good numbers. This system is especially optimized for OLED lighting panel production. In this system the linear source is used for the OLED panel deposition process and the research and development is done by Parallel Shot by Point Source.

SELCOS OLED Evaporation System is also very efficient R&D system that most importantly organic and inorganic deposition and encapsulation process is all done at once. So it is an efficient and cost-effective method for the small OLED material development and also can be used for the small size OLED device R&D. In this method of system the Point effusion Cell source is used for the OLED panel deposition process.
