Frozen door locks

There may come a time when in your location when the winter season will cause your vehicle's door locks to freeze. When that does happen it will be impossible to open the vehicle door itself and you cannot put a car key into the lock either. There are certain things you can do to free your vehicle from the frozen door locks. It will take time but this issue can be resolved.
Here are a few helpful tips that can assist the opening of a frozen door lock:
Tip 1. Using Vaseline on your spare car key if you can obtain it can actually help when opening your frozen car door lock?
Tip 2. A can of de-icer sprayed direct on the frozen lock should begin working very quickly and allow you to use your spare key to open car door.
Tip 3. WD-40 is used for multiple things and it can also be used in this type of situation because of it's content.
Tip 4. If you are in the home environment, find an extension cord long enough to reach your vehicle first. Secondly, obtain your hair dryer then when both are plugged into necessary outlets with power. Turn on the hair dryer and begin to melt the ice around the car door lock slowly.
