• Maintenance Management – This area of the IWMS focuses on correcting and preventing maintenance of the facilities along with the operation of the property and any assets. IWMS features include those which support asset management, preventive management, work requests, work order administration, inventory management, facility condition assessment, vendor management, and warranty tracking.
