Compressed Air Filters

High efficiency compressed air filters with energy efficient elements ensure that pressure drops are minimal without compromising service life and compressed air quality.

IATT supply a comprehensive array of compressed air filters with flow rates up to 25,500 Nm³/h (15,000 scfm), particulate removal filter grades from 0.01 to 25 micron and oil droplet, mist & vapour removal down to 0.003 mg/m3. Compressed air filter types include water separators, pre and after filters and activated carbon filtration.

These high efficiency filters are ideal for: removing solid atmospheric particulate contamination, oil carryover from the compressor, protecting refrigeration dryers and desiccant compressed air dryers and other compressed air equipment.

Threaded Compressed Air Filters

The range includes high efficiency compressed air filter housings with pipe sizes ¼" – 3" BSP and flow capacities up to 2,550 Nm³/h (1,500 SCFM).

Flanged Compressed Air Filters

For larger flow applications IATT offer fabricated filer vessels with flanged connections ranging from DN80 to DN300. They cover from low to high compressed air flow rates of 25,500 Nm³/h (15,000 scfm) pressures up to 350 barg (5000 psig).
