What is National Pension Scheme?
National Pension Scheme or Nps is a government approved scheme which encourages employees to invest a partial amount of their income, which once accumulated would be beneficial during retirement. Investing in NPS is open to all factions of the working force and not limited to the Public Sector alone. Employees of Private and even unorganized sectors are free to invest in this scheme. Though a restriction of investment by the Armed Forces has been put forth by the government. A part of the invested corpus can be withdrawn during retirement and the will be paid month on month post retirement.
