We do not accept returns of any juice unless there is a defect. We make a huge variety of flavours, and unfortunately we can't guarantee you'll like every single one. Taste is very subjective. But just like if you buy a bottle of wine from the supermarket and don't like the taste once you try it, the supermarket won't replace it for you or give you your money back.

In case of a defective product or product part, we will be happy to replace that part free of charge if the issue is within a reasonable amount of time.. You will be required to send the defective product to us for testing before a replacement is given We do not offer money refunds on products that have been used, only replacements.

Please do research on the type of vape you are buying. Not every vape is for every person, so just because we sell it, it may not be right for you. We understand that it is frustrating that you may have bought something that doesn't live up to your expectations, but that is not the fault of our own.
