We shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for quality furniture, and but luckily we don't have too anymore. The closest we can get to having this kind of furniture grace our homes, is by purchasing a high quality reproduction. But where to get one? Well, about two years ago I was in search of an Eames Lounge Chair. The Representative stated that her Manager would like to speak with me to help further address any concerns I had. Now, this was definitely a new experience, as I am only accustomed to speaking with a Manager when I ask to do so, and it's usually because I have a complaint regarding product/service.

The Manager, Jason, informed that they stand by their great quality and shipping, and if there was any issue where I was not satisfied, that I could return the product within 30 days. Not only that, but he told me if I ended up having any further questions and I needed to reach him after office hours, I could call him on his personal cell number, which he then provided. I had never experienced this level of customer service before, I mean who gives out their cell number like this? But out of curiosity, I decided to put it to the test, so I called the number at 7:45pm one week later, and sure enough, Jason picked up the phone. He remembered me and said he was just about to sit down for dinner in a few minutes but would be more than happy to assist me with anything I needed first. This pretty much sealed the deal for me. That night I made my first order for the Eames Lounge Chair, and since then I've made three more purchases with IFN Modern, and each new order had the same consistent service.
