The second of creating a feasible fitness and training schedule is to recall your previous training. Here most of the people may not have previous experience. However, if you do, you should consider the exercises and routines that were beneficial. You should avoid the things that had a negative effect on you. Here you also need to consider any past injuries or complications. For example, if you had a fracture or have continuous muscle cramps, then it is important to consider them while planning a training schedule.

  • Make a Time Table

So, you have a fitness goal, you have taken out the time needed for a workout and you have considered everything about yourself and now it is time to create the schedule. Exercises are different and are aimed at different body parts. For overall fitness, you need to focus on every part, but you can't do it every single day. So, your schedule should be divided into two 2 parts that are regular exercises and focused exercises. Regular exercises are those which you will daily, they generally include workup, stretching, skipping, etc. Focused exercises have to be different for different days. Like Monday and Tuesday will be leg day, Wednesday will be for abs, etc or you can opt for a pre-planed schedule like 4 week weight loss challenge. The determination of the focus exercise is done according to your goal.

  • Observe the Changes

Things will not change overnight to achieve the fitness goal you have to work. For significant results, you have to follow the training schedule for about 3 months and in those 3 months, you can see the changes.

Conclusion

Fitness is important but what's more important is training in the right way. Before starting any training or exercise, make proper plans and then follow them for better results. This is will ensure results without any harm.
