Haryana Police to Conduct exam on 7 & 8 August

Haryana Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct the recruitment exam for the Haryana Police Constable. The exam is scheduled to take place on 7 and 8 August 2021. As per the reports published by several media houses, as many as 1 million candidates will take part in the examination scheduled to be held in all major districts. The HSSC recruitment exam will be held for 7298 Male Constable (General Duty) posts in the state police department. The OMR-based written exam will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12 noon (Morning Session) and 3.00 PM to 4.30 PM (Evening Session) at various Districts H.Q. and Sub-Divisions of Haryana.HSSC will release the admit cards of the candidates on its official website on July 31. The date, session and exam centre will be mentioned in the admit card and candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully.

According to the notice issued by HSSC, the PMT and PST (Except Running) for 520 posts of Constable (Commando Wing) will be conducted from August 13 to September 10. The PST (Running) for these posts will be conducted from September 13 to September 26. The written examination for these posts of constable will be conducted after PMT and PST and will be conducted on November 14.

Haryana Police Knowledge Test Details

The HSSC Male Constable GD Knowledge Test shall be of the objective type having 100 multiple-choice questions of 80 marks for a duration of 90 minutes. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. The medium of examination shall be bilingual i.e. both in English as well as Hindi. More details in the exam notice.The candidates who have qualified in Knowledge Test shall be put to a Physical Screening Test, which would be only qualifying in nature, to judge their physical fitness and endurance. The candidates who have qualified for the PST shall have to undergo a Physical Measurement Test, followed by scrutiny of documents.

How to download admit card

The admit card of the candidates who have applied for the above-mentioned posts of constable is expected to be released soon on the official website of HSSC. Once the admit card is issued by the commission, candidates can download the same from the official website of HSSC with the help of their registration number and password.
