Sydney, Australia, is one of the leading cities when it comes to tourism, art, and architecture. On top of that, you might be excited to know that the standard of aged care facilities Sydney or elderly care Sydney is one of the best in the world.

However, due to the vastness of Sydney, Australia, it might be hard to choose which place exactly to stay and invest in. So here are some of the best suburbs in Sydney where you will have everything you need- from education to medical and aged care facilities.

Three Best Places in Sydney

Beecroft

A little northwest of Sydney’s centre, Beecroft is a place among the hills. Beecroft, Australia, is significantly greener and has better aged care providers because of its rural location.

When you think about Australia, you might think about its futuristic architecture and its urban lifestyle. This makes Beecroft a great option. With the Cumberland State Forest just 2.4 kilometres away and the Australian Luxury Escapes just 3.4 kilometres away, you will surely have enough to discover this far away from the city proper. However, if you are keen on going to the CBD, it’s just a 45-minute train ride away. There are no exact price rates on the housing and rentals in the place as there are not as many but rest assured that it would generally run the same with the first two places.

Arncliffe

Close to the airport, this choice is best when you are just travelling. Arncliffe is also just ten (10) kilometres away from the capital’s Central Business District (CBD). But what makes Arncliffe the best choice is that it’s a residential suburb with some of the lowest house prices in the city.

On average, the price for a home in Arncliffe is 1,230,000 Australian dollars. But, unfortunately, it’s growing at a rate of 18.3% based on the previous year’s average pricing, so better get it while you still can. There is also the option to buy an apartment instead, which would cost an average of 670,000 Australian dollars. But if that’s still too much, weekly rent in Arncliffe runs from around 610 to 700 Australian dollars.

The prices are not to be frowned upon since you are getting the best venues that come, which are all nearby. There is an endless list of food venues and electric nightlife just about 20 minutes away from the Central Business District by train.

Croydon Park

Croydon Park is a little further west of Arncliffe. It’s quaint and homely. It offers lots of green space with a tight-knit community. Reminiscent of rural neighbourhood bonds in most other countries. Unlike the average pricing in Arncliffe, Croydon Park offers houses that cost 1,248,000 Australian dollars and apartments for 620,000 Australian dollars. Then, of course, there is the option to rent, which would cost 615 Australian dollars per week.

Although Croydon Park is farther than Arncliffe in relation to the nightlife and city buzz, it’s just 21 minutes away from the CBD by train.
