How to Fill RTGS Form of SBI Bank

Steps to Fill Out PNB NEFT/RTGS Application form Offline

You will notice two sections to the NEFT/RTGS Form when you download and open it. The right-hand portion is for Remitter & Beneficiary Information, and the left-hand is for Customer Acknowledgement Copy.

Fill in the beneficiary information, including Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Beneficiary Bank & Branch Name, Address, IFSC Code, and Amount.

Fill in the details of your remitter, such as Amount to debit (in figures), Remitter Account Number, Account Type Cheque/Pay Order No. Remitter's Name, Address Mobile No. Remitter's Time of Request, and Remitter's Sign.

After you have completed the form, please review it carefully and then send it to the bank.

The "For Branch/Office Use Only" column allows bank officials to sign the transaction/UTR number and verify it.
