Top 20 MBA Schools in India for IT/Analytics

Many MBA candidates prefer to work in IT Analytics management. The country's best MBA programs offer great opportunities for students with experience, as well as those looking to gain experience in IT analytics roles in large corporations. Let's talk about the top colleges. This is not a ranking, but a list.

IIM AHMEDABAD

IIM Ahmedabad's 2018-2020 batch saw 9 offers in the systems and IT function during its placement season. The average domestic salary was INR 19,37 3,390 per year. The students were offered 43 product management opportunities during the same season. This average was INR 20,43 6,696 per year.

IIM BANGALORE

In the 2018-2020 batch, IIM Bangalore had 432 students. During the final placements season, they were offered 518 jobs. IIM CALCUTTA

An average salary was INR 27,80,000. This season, the average IT Analytics salary was INR 23,10,000. The maximum salary for students studying IT Analytics was INR 35,000.

IIM LUCKNOW

Indian Institute of Management Lucknow had 443 students in the 2018-2020 batch. There were 447 offers. The corporates provided 94 offers in the IT/E-commerce industry. This sector saw many recruiters, including Ola, Flipkart, and MakeMyTrip. 24% of all offers were in IT/operations

IIM KOZHIKODE

Final placements at IIM Kozhikode were completed in 5 days for the batch 2018-2020. The process involved 413 students. This domain offered an average of INR 23,89,000 per year in compensation. IT Analytics offered the highest compensation at INR 50,00,000. 14% of all offers were made to IT Analytics

IIM INDORE

IIM Indore has once again maintained its reputation by having a strong placements season for its batch 2018-2020, which had 578 students (431 PGP, 91 Dual degrees, and 56 in PGP Mumbai). The average salary offered was INR 22,92,000 a year. This placements season saw 12% of all offers being made in the IT domain. During this domain's placements season, students were offered positions by Google, IBM, TCS, and Infosys as well as Cognizant and Capgemini.

FMS

IIM TRICHY

IIM Trichy has completed its placement season for the batch 2018-2020. The process was attended by 119 companies. For the 173 students from IIM Trichy, 186 offers were made during this placements period. The average CTC for this batch was INR 14,96,000 annually. 38% of all offers were made in the consulting and analytics industry.

ISB

The ISB's 890 students in the class of 2020 had a successful placement season. The INR 25,06 434, 80% average for students in the class 2020 was 256,434. There were 1504 total offers. A total of 1504 offers were provided. 5% of these offers were in the analytics function, and 16% were in the product management function.

XLRI JAMSHEDPUR

XLRI Jamshedpur completed its 2018-2020 placement season with 359 students. This season's finals placements were completed in 2 days. The process was attended by 108 recruiters, and the students received 362 offers. The process also saw 24 recruiters participate this season. The average salary offered was INR 24,30,000 a year. VGSOM, IIT KHARAGPUR

Vinod Gupta Management School had 126 students for the 2018-2020 batch. The final placement process saw the participation of 125 students. The process involved 70 recruiters. The average salary offered during this season was INR 18,10,000. 11% of all offers came from the IT/ITES sector. Axtria Virtusa, Accenture digital, and Axtria all offered roles in analytics. Students could also be offered positions at IBM or Wipro.

JAMNALAL BAJAJ INSTITUTE FOR MANAGEMENT STUDIES

JBIMS had 125 students for its 2018-2020 batch. The students were offered 60 pre-placement interviews or offers of pre-placement. 65 companies were involved in the process. The average CTC was INR 22,84,000 a year. Students were offered positions at Byju's Progressive Infotech and Amazon from the technology and eCommerce sectors. The total number of e-commerce and technology job opportunities increased.

SIBM, PUNE (THE PERCENTAGE OF PPOS IN INDIA IS NOT CLEAR)

SIBM, Pune has completed its final placements for the batch of 2018-2020. The process was attended by more than 90 companies. Students received 87 pre-placement opportunities. The average CTC was INR 20,14,000 a year. During this season, top corporates offered offers to students from Wipro and IBM.

NITIE, MUMBAI

NITIE had 414 students for its 2020 class. The final placements were conducted by 121 recruiters, with 19 new recruiters. The average salary offered was INR 20,88,000 a year. Students also received 130 PPOs. 14% of offers were in IT/Analytics. This sector had an average salary of INR 17,20,000. This sector paid the highest salary at INR 23,10,000. This domain was dominated by recruiters such as Capgemini, Google, IBM, Capgemini, and TCS.

DOMS, IIT MADRAS

DoMS, IIT Madras had 48 students in the 2018-2020 batch. 44 students participated in the placement drive. 25% of students received PPOs. Three international offers were also made. The maximum salary offered was INR 29,02,000 a year. Students with more than three years of experience in the field of analytics received 60% of their offers. Overall, 46% of offers were made in the analytics domain. This domain had an average CTC of INR 21,50,000 per year. The top recruiters were McKinsey and Accenture.

SP JAIN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH

SPJIMR completed final placements for 238 students in the PGDM Class 2020. The process was attended by 122 companies, and 44 recruiters participated for the first time. The average salary was INR 26,36,000 a year. 22.2% of all offers were made in e-commerce firms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Swiggy. These roles included product management, category management, and business development. Data analytics was also offered.

NMIMS

NMIMS, Mumbai completed the final placement of its batch 2018-2020. The process was attended by 170 companies. 34% of the MBA students in its batch received PPOs. The highest domestic CTC was at INR 38,57,000 per year, while the highest international was at INR 58.61,000 per year. The average CTC was INR 18,33,000 annum. Top corporates like Cognizant, Dell, Google, IBM, and Microsoft recruited the students in the IT Analytics domain.

IIM SHILLONG

IIM Shillong had 175 students for its 2018-2020 batch. The process involved 170 students. 60 recruiters made 185 offers to students. The average salary was INR 18,76,000 per year. The highest offered salary was INR 48,50,000 a year. IT Analytics received 9% of all offers. This was the highest-paid domain. It offered an average salary of INR 18,00,000. Top recruiters in the IT analytics field included Capgemini Zenoti, BirlaSoft, and Bisleri. Students were offered roles such as analytics consultant, business analysis and research, product development, and new product development.
