In spite of this, the political class, the vendors, the unions, and the bureaucrats are doing nothing about it. Instead, they are busy defending their status quo. Unions have failed to play their roles of ensuring that teachers deliver knowledge. Instead, they ensure themselves of being re-elected fighting for the rights of teachers to make them happy.
